Think Environment campaign
As a design agency we give full consideration to creating material that will minimise our impact on the environment without compromising the customer's objectives.
At Crayfish Design we remain aware of our own environmental responsibilities as both a service provider to our clients and a customer to our suppliers. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we aim to consider the effects and alternatives at every point of our creative, production and admin processes.
To raise awareness of our ongoing environmental commitment we have created our own 'Think Environment' campaign and logo that is applied to all of our marketing material. A range of footer graphics have also been developed that can be used on email signatures to discourage recipients from unnecessary printing. These footers are available for you to use free of charge.
Environmental policy
As part of our environmental commitment we endeavour to:
- integrate environmental management into our day-to-day business operations to ensure environmental issues are addressed, whilst providing a quality product to all our customers.
- comply with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations and requirements.
- reduce our use of natural resources such as energy and water.
- re-use resources whenever possible rather than dispose of them.
- encourage the use of recycled materials and recycling initiatives.
- prevent pollution by reducing emissions and discharges.
- allow home-working arrangements for key staff members.
- promote the use of public transport and car sharing initiatives.
- provide appropriate environmental training for all our people and encourage them to support this programme.
- promote communication with internal and external interested parties and respond appropriately to reasonable requests for information about our environmental performance.
- ensure that all our management team and employees can access our policy.
- actively encourage discussions by staff members on how to improve our environmental policy.
