Right click on selected file and choose ‘Save Target as’ and save to the required target area.

Ctrl click (right click) on selected file and choose ‘Download Linked File As’ and save to the required target area.

How to insert a signature into Outlook 2003

Start by saving the efooter of choice to your computer.

From the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.

In the Compose in this message format list, select HTML.

Under Signatures, click Signatures, and then click New

In point 1. Enter a name for your new signature box, enter a name.
In point 2. Choose how to create your signature, if you have a plain text version already created select this under the ‘Use existing signature’ option.  If not choose the ‘Start with blank template'.

 

Use existing signature option

  • In the edit signature box, select the point at which you wish to insert the efooter of choice.
  • Place the cursor on this point and right click, select Insert Image.
  • On the Picture tab, click Browse to choose the efooter.
  • Insert alternative text in case your clients’ mail browser does not display the image.
  • Click OK.
  • You will then see the efooter graphic in the Edit Signature box
  • Click Finish.
  • Select OK.

 

Use blank signature option

  • In the Signature text box, type the text you want to include in the signature.
  • You can also paste text to this box from another document.
  • To change the paragraph or font format, select the text, click Font or Paragraph, and then select the options you want. These options are not available if you use plain text as your message format.
  • Once you have your text in the box, see the instructions for ‘use existing signature’ above.

On the mail options tab select the new signature from the drop down menus for the mail messages you require, select apply then OK to close.
